Returns & Refunds Policy

No-Hassle Refund

By returning items you are agreeing to the terms below

  • Returns must be within 30 days via registered post (we will not take responsibility for any losses)
  • Labels must be still attached to the item and it is returned in original undamaged packaging/boxes with tags in place.
  • Hosiery cannot be returned.
  • Garments have not been worn, soiled, or damaged in any way. TRY UNDERWEAR ON, OVER YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR. Please fold the garment neatly and flat. We will examine the articles before any returns will be accepted.
  • The items must not have been changed or altered in any way.
  • All postage costs will be paid for, on returns, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Exchanges - When the item has been returned we will refund you for the product (less the postage costs) You may purchase again whenever is convenient for you.
  • Refunds – All refunds paid will be less discounts, the original postage costs and will take approx 7 -10 business days to process.
  • Discount Vouchers cannot be used for refunds.

1. Log in to your account:

A. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

OR To Maunally Process Your Exchange

  • Contact us first to notify us of the return, by emailing us the Order Number, the item you are returning, and the reason. We can then create a Return notice for you.
  • Post back your return items to Pink Parrot Marketing, PO Box 5198, Q Supercentre, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218, Australia & include your original order number.
Faulty Item Claims - All faulty item claims will be returned to our suppliers/manufacturers to be checked for manufacturers' fault or wearer fault before we can process the repair or replacement.
